Eric Spohn
President
Eric’s father, Jack Spohn, started the company in 1976 and Eric joined the team in 1992. After opening the initial Ohio office, Eric returned to Indianapolis to assume more business planning and management responsibilities. Eric assumed the Presidency in 2013. Today, Eric handles sales of all products to Southern Indiana and Central Indiana, for our Architectural Installation Company. espohn@spohnassociates.com

Rick comes to Spohn Associates with ample experience in regional and national sales, as well as business development. Rick’s background includes an emphasis on solution sales of high performance architectural products and engineered building systems. Phil Schouten
Indiana Product Consultant
Phil has been promoting and managing architectural glass and finish systems since 1983. He joined Spohn Associates in 2006 as a project manager. Brad started with Spohn in the fall of 2014. His background is in estimating and he has a bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Management from Purdue University. Andrew Spohn
Marketing/Special Projects
Andrew began at Spohn in June of 2019. His role will involve supporting the sales and marketing departments, as well as managing HR-related responsibilities for the company. His education was comprised of accomplishments from IUPUI, Ball State and IU East. Lindsay Nesbitt
Marketing Consultant
Lindsay began at Spohn in 2006 as a student intern while attending the Herron School of Art and Design for Photography. Upon graduating in 2011, Lindsay obtained the role of Marketing Assistant and Staff Photographer. In 2014, she transitioned into the role of Visual Communications Consultant. Jeremy Sturgeon
VP of Operations
Jeremy joined Spohn Associates as a Project Manager in 2000. Jeremy obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Indianapolis and brought with him construction experience through his work as a Project Engineer for a St. Louis based General Contractor. Jeremy transitioned from Sr. Project Manager to Director of Field Operations in 2014 and Director of Operations in 2018. Tom Pursell
Project Executive
Tom joined Spohn Associates in 2000. He has been involved with architectural and ornamental metals since 1978. His areas of expertise are ornamental railings and ornamental metals as well as various other architectural products. Nathan Singleton
Project Executive
Nathan joined Spohn in 2013 after working in the commercial glazing and metal panel industry for four years completing submittal drawings and doing basic engineering. Nathan earned his bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from IUPUI in 2013. Nathan began at Spohn in the role of Superintendent and was moved into a Project Manager position in 2014. Mike Gerlach
Senior Project Manager
Mike joined Spohn in 2004. He has been involved in construction trades for nearly 40 years. Mike’s experience comes primarily from the glass and glazing industry where he has filled the capacity of contract manager, senior estimator, project manager and glazier for over 22 years. Gerard Skibinski
Senior Project Manager
Gerard started at Spohn in September of 2020. His work experience comes mostly from his 34 years at Odle McGuire & Shook. He is a graduate of Ball State University College of Architecture & Planning. Gerard brings with him 30 years in the industry as a licensed architect. Ryerson Rich
Project Manager
Ryerson began at Spohn in November of 2019. He got his Bachelor's Degree in History and Pre-Law from Eastern Illinois University and acquired an Associates Degree from Lincoln Trail College studying Architecture/Construction Management. After college, Ryerson worked in Oil and Gas operations, safety, and construction for 10 years. Johnny comes to Spohn with a masters degree in Mechanical Engineering as well as field experience in the glass and glazing industry both domestically and internationally. Rhenden Peppers started at Spohn Associates in June of 2020. He attended Ball State University and brings with him several years of experience in the commercial construction industry. Tom Cash
Field Operations Manager
Tom joined Spohn Associates in 2008 after owning and operating his own landscape property management company. Tom also has a background in commercial construction. Corey Woodward
Superintendent
Corey comes to Spohn Associates with professional experience in the residential construction field. His foundation of knowledge was first based in early childhood and adulthood, working alongside his father. Chris Jost
Superintendent
Chris has been in the construction industry for 25 years. His previous roles have included superintendent, project manager and working with GC's and subcontractors. He has a degree in Architectural Drafting & Design. He also pursued further education at IU Kokomo in Construction Technology. Antonio Langston
Superintendent
Antonio began at Spohn in May of 2020. His role is to assist the Project Managers in the field, taking measurements and troubleshooting problems. Antonio’s background is primarily in commercial carpentry but also has experience in panel installation, building layout and metal stud framing. Ann Searcy

Ann started with Spohn in August of 2020. She brings with her a Bachelor's in Paralegal Studies. Her role at Spohn is Contract Administrator. In this role, she will review contracts to identify/manage risks. Sean Barnett
Chief Financial Officer
Sean joined Spohn in 2006. He brings with him over 20 years of experience in the construction and architectural industry. He also received a B.S. in Corporate Finance and an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship from Ball State University. As Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for the administration and financial functions of the daily operations of the office.
